International Resources Trading was created in 1989 in New York City, USA, helping Brazilian importers find and ship new products to ride the economic boom that resulted when Brazil’s imports restriction policy ended.
In the Nineties we developed our all-inclusive Buying Office services, handling 100% of the import process for all our international clients, from the original order to the final delivery at the client’s door wherever they are in the world.
In 2000 we started our Ready to Wear Private Label production division which handles all our client’s garment productions needs from beginning to end.
Our demanding and uncompromising selection process of our producing partners worldwide makes us an exceedingly reliable company, with an impeccable record of problem-free productions and high customer satisfaction since 2000.
Today, our area of expertise extends to many product categories including Women Fashion, Accessories, Fabrics, Handmade furniture, Design and Home Décor.
Lilian Vianna
Lilian Vianna is the co-founder and co-owner of International Resources Trading, Inc and the global sales and New Accounts Chief Executive.
She has spent the past thirty years in the Fashion and Textile business. She gained her professional clout helping the best fashion brands in Brazil outsource and produce their collections in Asia and, in the process, become international players in their field. Lilian is very charismatic, full of life and extremely knowledgeable in everything fashion, her clients love her for that and her straightforwardness.
After work, she enjoys exercising hard daily, walking long stretches in Nature with her husband, cooking delicious and healthy meals at home and socializing with her friends.
She currently lives with her husband in the heart of the Hamptons in Long Island, New York.
Michel Benarroch
Michel Benarroch is the co-founder, co-owner, administrator and director of operations at International Resources Trading, Inc. He is the person behind the scene in charge of the management of the company, from finances, to logistics, to accounting and everything in between.
Michel started his career in the Textile business when he arrived in New York in 1985 before starting International Resources Trading with his wife and partner, Lilian Vianna in 1989. He is an essential and steady force behind the success of the company due to his focus, organizational skills and integrity. He and his wife Lilian complement each other perfectly and form the ideal partnership combination.
When not working, Michel is passionate with Health matters and is also a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. He exercises every day, reads extensively and enjoys home cooking.
